Vacation disputes can create confusion, negatively affect employee morale and people problems can divert huge amounts of time, energy and assets from your attention to primary duties unless you anticipate the problems and take preventive action. These Attendance Tracking and Vacation Montitor magnetic whiteboard kits display each employee's daily attendance, vacation, time schedule and assignments for a full year.

The magnet colors code and quickly identify planned activities and track daily job actions (attendance tracking, absenteeism, vacations, training, assignments, reviews, etc.). The unique write-on laminated magnet strips have grid lines printed on them to match the board grid. Scissor-cut them to one or several days to show each event.

Board lines are numbered for error-free posting and everything is magnetic and movable. Kit includes press-on adhesive letter & number sets for your own special board title. Write on the board, too in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens. The special grid format is heat-fused printed into the porcelain-like steel for a lifetime of daily use, staying clean and like-new.

It's also available for hands-off viewing, in an acrylic-glass enclosed aluminum wall case with key lock PGL and with a pulley-operated privacy screen AK.

Write-on Tools include: dry-erase pens in 4 colors, mag. eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray whiteboard cleaner / conditioner, large lint-free board wipes, a set of 1/6" scale magnetic month-date index headings, and adhesive letter & number sets for board title & bold line tape.
Magnet kit also includes: Write-on Tools, magnetic 1/2" x 2" cardholders for names and line item notes and also in the AT46M 4' x 6' kit 1/2" x 3" cardholders for names, card inserts perforated in letter-size sheets in 10 colors to fit the cardholders, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear insert overlay films, plastic-laminated 3/8" x 12" write-on magnets you can scissor-cut to length (1/6" grid-printed to match the board grid in 5 colors), damp-erase magnet marker pens, press-on die-cut letter and number sets for title, and a magnet storage box.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site.
