Magnet symbols in 20 color-shape codes let you display and schedule preventive maintenance actions for each machine, vehicle, equipment item or facility.

A 5" x 8" visible card file registers with the board grid, holds a 730-day maintenance history card for each line item (included) and is held to the board with magnets so you can remove the file to work on at your desk.

A daily work schedule roster lets you show this week's job assignments and a handy magnetic legend identifies the color codes for each action magnet.

Just one glance gives you a heads-ip view of your preventive maintenance work load for the year. One of our most popular systems, this can also be used for weekly scheduling of any line items through the year.

Write-on Tools include: dry-erase pens in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. spray board cleaner / conditioner, and large lint-free board wipes.
Magnet system includes: Write-on tools, Magnetic cardholders, 1/2" x 2" in 5 colors for line items and staff names, card inserts perforated in letter-size sheets in 10 colors, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear film overlay inserts, magnet signals, 3/8" circles and 3/8" squares in 10 colors for maintenance task codes, bold line tape, magnetic column headings (months, weeks, days, etc.), magnetic staff status headings, 3/8" x 12" write-on plastic laminated magnet strips with 1/2" printed grid lines to align with board grid for showing multi-week project tasks or equipment down time, damp-erase magnet marking pens, magnetic legend and a magnet storage box.
The Visible Card Index includes: Top-hinged visible card pockets with bottom 1/2 inch visible under transparent file edge, with a magnetic back that clings to the board so the file can be removed to work on it, and 730-day Preventive Maintenance Record Cards.
Note: The magnets and supplies in each of these kits were carefully selected to perform the board task specified. IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
