A lot of time, thought and judgment is spent on budget planning, the plan looks good on paper and your computer screens at the start of the fiscal year, but as the months go by while you actually work the plan, the picture can sometimes get pretty confusing to the point of being reactive and out of control. This simple but effective BudgetTracker™ Plan & Progress™ magnetic white board system lets you display budget preparation and expenditure actions before, during and after the fact and graphically array them against your plan so everyone involved can see the performance progress in time to make timely management decisions.

Everything is magnetic and instantly movable so you can modify and refine the activity as it progresses. You see each spending commitment with its current status using up to 3 color-coded magnet symbols that fit next to each month's line entry. Write on the board too in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens. The handsome framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like magnetic steel white board is heat-fused printed for this application and designed for years of daily use, staying clean and like new. BudgetTrackers™ Plan & Progress™ board kits are offered 15 or 21 double-row line item models and include magnetic months to cover the printed ones if you want to display your fiscal year starting at any month. Optional color-coded magnetic cardholders and card inserts let you create a beautiful professional display. A Letter-Easy™ PC card lettering template is provided so you can key data to the cards in any type size or number of lines that fits your needs. It can be as simple or as detailed as you want. All BudgetTracker™ Plan & Progress™ kits include: a handsome framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like steel white board heat-fused printed for this system, magnetic 3/8" dia. circle symbols in 10 assorted colors for status codes, a set of 12 magnetic months (to cover the printed months if you want to start your year at any month), a set of 20 magnetic years, dry-erase pens in 4 colors, 8 oz. pump-spray white board cleaner and conditioner, magnetic eraser / pen holder, and lint-free board wipes.
Full Magnet Kits also include: cardholders in 5 assorted colors for line item ID, magnetic cardholders to fit the month spaces, card inserts for both sizes in 10 colors, transparent laser-printable insert film (lets you print data on the film with the card color showing through so you can easily change the color without re-keying the data), removable bold line tape (for subdividing the board and as a guideline for the press-on title letters), PC card-insert keying template, a set of 3/4" press-on die-cut letters for your master board heading and a magnet storage box.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
