Write directly on the heat-fused printed MagnaLux® porcelain-like steel whiteboard calendar surface and use the color-coded magnetic cardholders and signals to display events and status. Everyone can view it and manage their time better by knowing what to expect. It lets you and your staff see each day's activities, plans, time commitments and opportunities extended to whatever time period fits your operation. It's as flexible as your imagination!

Fast and Easy to use: prepare the card inserts on your PC printer, type or handwrite them. Magnet kits include our Letter-Easy™ card-insert PC lettering system for creating handsome professional-looking calendar activity data items. To update it, just reposition the magnetic dates and change the month magnet. Weekday names are printed on the board.

Use the 5 magnetic cardholder colors to code the type of event (red = meeting, blue = outside trip, etc.) and the 10 card insert colors to code the subject matter (green = engineering, orange = marketing, etc.) or develop your own code. The colors let you visually locate and group like events instantly without having to read the card data. With the 10 magnet status signal colors you can flag last-minute changes and activity status (yellow = room needs set up, etc.). Everything is magnetic and movable for instant control at your fingertips!

How it Works:

Incl. magnetic months, dates for ea. mo. & Holiday magnets. Days & board lines are permanently head-fused printed to the MagnaLux porcelain-like surface for a lifetime of daily use.

Magnetic Dates. Reposition them at month-end.

Magnetic Cardholders 1/2"h, 1"h and 1-3/8h. Width varies with size of calendar day space.

5 Cardholder colors can group similar events (green = inspection, blue = meeting, etc., or your own code).

5 more colors available.

10 Card colors can code class of event (green = sales dept., pink = engineering, etc.)

Write directly on the MagnaLux porcelain-like white surface with the dry-erase pens included.

10 Magnet Signal colors for showing event status (red = postponed, purple = confirmed, orange = equipment to set up, etc.) or use your own code.

The Card inserts are perforated on letter size sheets. Prepare with your PC & printer, handwrite or type on them.

Magnet kit includes Card Insert PC card keying template and transparent printable overlay film. PC print on the cards or the clear film which slides over the card in the cardholder, letting the color show through.

Write-on Kits Include: dry-erase pens in 4 colors, a magnetic 1-31 date set for each month, 1 magnet month set, holiday magnets, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray board cleaner / conditioner, large lint-free board wipes and WakTack® rare earth magnets in 5 colors.
Magnet Kits Include: write-on tools, magnetic cardholders in 5 colors and 3 heights to fit calendar day spaces, card inserts perforated in letter-size sheets in 10 colors, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear insert overlay films, magnetic status signals in 10 colors and a magnet storage box.
* Events per day is based on the largest to smallest size magnetic cardholders.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
