Are you getting the maximum production results for each working day from your people? This Performance-Tracker™ board system lets you track it each day for a month, visually displaying daily goals and actual daily performance for each person or team. You can also use it to show accumulated performance results day-by-day against accumulated goal posts (or any other combination that fits your needs). You can immediately spot performance needing improvement or rescheduling, note trends and patterns and predict exactly what the performance result flow should be and will be by each person, team or work station.

Each name has 2 rows (1 open and 1 shaded) across 31 day columns plus columns for monthly revenue goal, total performance and remarks. Use the shaded row to post goals, then post the performance generated that day on the second line. There is also a column for posting position (with magnetic position numbers) if you want to make a contest out of it. Write on the board and use magnets too!

Just use your imagination - you'll find dozens of uses for this system.

Quantity Price: applies to one order for identical items, to one location at one time in one shipment, bulk packed. We assemble each product to order. The economies we achieve by grouping several identical units in one set up, assembly, packaging, handling and order processing are passed along to you in these lower quantity prices.
IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
