Write-on Tools and Magnet Symbols include: dry-erase pens and markers in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray board cleaner, large lint-free board wipes, 5/8" magnet circle symbols in 5 colors.
Magnet Kits include: write-on tools, 1" x 5" cardholders in 5 colors for line items, vertical non-slip 5/8" x 6" black cardholders for step & stage headings, a set of 15 printed engineering stage heading film inserts, additional card inserts in 10 colors perforated in printer sizes sheets, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear overlay film inserts for preparing line item IDs and step / stage headings, magnet 5/8" status signals in 5 colors, line tape and a magnet storage box.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.

System Format: a framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like white steel board heat-fused printed with a top row reading ENGINEERING STATUS, columns across reading: ITEM, NO., DATE, ASG., 19 Open columns with slanted heading spaces, PROD. DATE, COMMENTS. There is a printed legend in the upper right for the magnet signals reading LEGEND: YELLOW = IN PROGRESS, RED = PROBLEM, GREEN = COMPLETED x numbered item rows down.
Kits are complete with a comprehensive kit of optional magnetic cardholders, cards, PC card lettering templates, magnetic status signals, write-on tools, chart materials and board maintenance supplies carefully selected for this system; everything you need to set it up and operate it. It also includes a set of 15 printed engineering step and stage column headings reading: DRAWINGS, DESIGN OK, MATERIAL, COSTING, PROTOTYPE, NEW TOOLING, FIXTURES, TESTING, UPDATE, PACKAGING, DOCUMENTATION, INITIAL APPROVAL, FINAL APPROVAL, REVIEW, FINAL CHECK.
