Patient FallCross^™ Magnetic Board Kits include: a framed, MagnaLux^® porcelain-like magnetic steel white board, heat-fused printed with segmented FallCross^™ design (31 days, 52 weeks, 12 months or 366 days), patient safety slogan, space for month, year and legend, plus green, red and yellow die-cut magnets to fit the FallCross^™ time segments, magnetic 10-year set and 12-month set, were appropriate. * You can modify, replace or delete any of the board's wording (except the FallCross), also add your unit names and custom-print your message wording in any of the blank spaces on the board as you order it here online. Only the printed cross designs are not changeable so the magnets will fit them. Printed en Español or other languages? Easy: Program the wording yourself here online as you order it.
Quantity Price: applies to one order for identical items, to one location at one time in one shipment, bulk packed. We assemble each product to order. The economies we achieve by grouping several identical units in one set up, assembly, packaging, handling and order processing are passed along to you in these lower quantity prices.

Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site.
