Use this 6 month daily planner to concentrate on daily activities while projecting and refining your plans and time commitments for the immediate future. There is also a 12 month section across the bottom of he board for longer range plans. Fast and easy to set up and update. Just move magnets to make changes. Write on the board too with the dry-erase pens in 4 colors. We offer it here in both full day 3-shift daily models.

The kits come with carefully selected magnets and charting supplies, everything you need to operate it. (Click on the model number in price chart below for a full list). The magnetic cardholders are in 5 colors (5 more colors available) and the card inserts in 10 colors giving you 50 color-combination codes. Example: green cardholders can be used for HR issues, blue ones for production, yellow for marketing, etc. The card insert colors could then show secondary categories, for example; white for meetings, pink for reports, gray for inspections, green for reviews, etc. Just use your imagination. It also includes a PC template for keying the card information to print on your desktop printer. Write directly on the MagnaLux® heat-fused printed whiteboard steel surface too with the dry-erase pens in 4 colors.

The 12 month sections across the bottom lets you get a head start on the next half year and expand the major themes for a a view of your year plan.

How it Works:

Incl. magnetic months, dates for ea. mo. & Holiday magnets. Days & board lines are permanently head-fused printed to the MagnaLux porcelain-like surface for a lifetime of daily use.

Magnetic Dates. Reposition them at month-end.

Magnetic Cardholders 1/2"h, 1"h and 1-3/8h. Width varies with size of calendar day space.

5 Cardholder colors can group similar events (green = inspection, blue = meeting, etc., or your own code).

5 more colors available.

10 Card colors can code class of event (green = sales dept., pink = engineering, etc.)

Write directly on the MagnaLux porcelain-like white surface with the dry-erase pens included.

10 Magnet Signal colors for showing event status (red = postponed, purple = confirmed, orange = equipment to set up, etc.) or use your own code.

The Card inserts are perforated on letter size sheets. Prepare with your PC & printer, handwrite or type on them.

Magnet kit includes Card Insert PC Lettering System and transparent printable overlay film. PC print on the cards or the clear film which slides over the card in the cardholder, letting the color show through.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
