Our "Know-it-All" Board...The scheduling system that we bought from Magnatag is referred to around the office as our "Know It All" board. With our constantly changing work schedule, it is important for our sales staff to always be up to date with the current workload. Everything going on within the company can be found posted on this board. Hence the name "Know it All". All current and future jobs are placed up there. This makes it easy to schedule new orders. You just need to find a spot on the board with available time and claim it. The magnets that you cut to length make it quick work to block off a time period. We have found that this has been the best way to keep everyone informed.
