What Customers Tell Us:
Construction Company,
VA Medical Center,
Ideal for long-range, detailed planning management of projects, maintenance, construction, staffing, relocations, product and process development, equipment and facility use, field activities, market and ad planning, reorganization, ISO 9000 certification process planning, etc. - A Grand Planning Panorama at a glance!
After many years of trying to create a way of magnetically posting and viewing a full 365-day line-item schedule without using an excessively wide board, we developed this GrandPlanner® system design. The answer was to condense the horizontal grid scale to fit a standard width board and then also print the grid on the write-on plastic-laminated magnet strips so they would register with the board grid and could be scissor-cut to show the task day-length by counting the day grid spaces on the magnet. Our clients tell us this Magnatag® GrandPlanner® is one of the most effective project control board systems they have ever used. It communicates - it works - it has everything! Try it and see!
How It Works:
Lines and days
are heat-fused
printed into
the porcelain-like
hand-smooth,
steel surface for
a lifetime
of daily use,
staying clean
and like new.
write-on magnetic strip
to show the task day length Printed bold
weekend lines Write on the board
and use tape It is NOT a plastic
film surface - it will
not bubble, cut or
build up indelible ink
stains like plastic!
on the magnet strip to register
with the board grid. Count
the number of days spaces
on the magnet to show the task
length, scissor cut to exact
scale and display
it on the board grid. To update once a year,
just reposition the printed
month / dates magnets. They
register with the board grid
and a full month is printed
on each magnet (set of 12)
Tape bold lines between months. Magnet colors (5)can code
action type. You can write
on the magnet strip with
the damp-erase pens.
Use magnet cardholders too.
Includes lettering software
for PC card preparation.
