After many years of trying to create a way of magnetically posting and viewing a full 365-day line-item schedule without using an excessively wide board, we developed this GrandPlanner® system design. The answer was to condense the horizontal grid scale to fit a standard width board and then also print the grid on the write-on plastic-laminated magnet strips so they would register with the board grid and could be scissor-cut to show the task day-length by counting the day grid spaces on the magnet. Our clients tell us this Magnatag® GrandPlanner® is one of the most effective project control board systems they have ever used. It communicates - it works - it has everything! Try it and see!

How It Works:

Write-on tools and supplies include: dry-erase pens in 4 colors, line tapes in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray board cleaner / conditioner, large lint-free board wipes, and a GrandPlanner® magnetic month / date set(s) to register with board grid.
Magnet kit includes: Write-on tools and supplies, one magnetic 1/2" x 3" cardholder and two 1/2" x 2" cardholders for each line, card inserts perforated in letter-size sheets in 5 colors, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear insert overlay films, plastic-laminated write-on grid-printed magnet strips in 10 colors you can scissor-cut to length - grid-printed to match the board grid - damp-erase magnet marking pens, press-on adhesive letter & number sets for title and a magnet storage box.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.

System Format: a framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like steel whiteboard heat-fused printed with 19 to 88 numbered line item posting rows down x condensed 365 day columns across in 1/6" or 1/3" day-widths, complete with a comprehensive kit of optional magnets, write-on tools, chart materials and board maintenance supplies carefully selected for this system; everything you need to set it up and operate it.
