With this Giant Two-Month™ Planner, as you progress through the current month's activities, you always have the full next month ahead of you for planning. At the end of the month, just clean off the completed month, reposition the magnetic dates and replace the magnetic month name with the new one to start your next month.

It gives you plenty of space to plan daily activities, with color-coded magnetic cardholders (5 colors) and card inserts (10 colors) that let you create up to 50 color combination codes so you can instantly spot any activity without having to read the information on the card.. Magnetic status signals in 10 colors also let you refine that even more. Write directly on the calendar too with the dry-erase pens in 4 colors.

Kits contain everything needed to set up and operate it with all components specially selected for this board system. We offer this Giant Two-Month™ Planner here in both a full day format and in a 3-shift daily version (see price chart and illustrations below).

To make it fast, neat and easy to use, we also include a PC keying template for posting the perforated card inserts that fit the magnetic cardholders. Across the bottom of the board is a full 12 month year so you can get the full picture of your annual plan as well as the daily details.

How it Works:

Incl. magnetic months, dates for ea. mo. & Holiday magnets. Days & board lines are permanently head-fused printed to the MagnaLux porcelain-like surface for a lifetime of daily use.

Magnetic Dates. Reposition them at month-end.

Magnetic Cardholders 1/2"h, 1"h and 1-3/8h. Width varies with size of calendar day space.

5 Cardholder colors can group similar events (green = inspection, blue = meeting, etc., or your own code).

5 more colors available.

10 Card colors can code class of event (green = sales dept., pink = engineering, etc.)

Write directly on the MagnaLux porcelain-like white surface with the dry-erase pens included.

10 Magnet Signal colors for showing event status (red = postponed, purple = confirmed, orange = equipment to set up, etc.) or use your own code.

The Card inserts are perforated on letter size sheets. Prepare with your PC & printer, handwrite or type on them.

Magnet kit includes Card Insert PC card keying template and transparent printable overlay film. PC print on the cards or the clear film which slides over the card in the cardholder, letting the color show through.

Magnet Kits Include: Write-on tools as above, magnetic 4" w. cardholders in 5 colors and 3 heights to fit day spaces, card inserts in perforated letter-size sheets in 10 colors, Letter-Easy™ card keying PC templates and printable clear insert overlay films, magnetic status signals in 10 colors and a magnet storage box.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
