Job-Loading CardView^® Schedule

To sequentially assign jobs of different time lengths to machines and work cells, it's hard to beat the visual impact and control of a TimeTracker^™ Job-Loading CardView^® board! The 3" high job cards fit in the long pockets with the top 1" visible. They have a 1/4" printed number scale along the top edge, come perforated 3-up on PC printable sheets, and are supplied in 5 colors with the kit. System includes extender cards in 5 colors with additional numbers for displaying lengthy jobs plus time blank cards to show set-up and down time.

Assign whatever time increments or scale values you need to the printed numbers. Just scissor-cut the card or overlap them to show the projected job length and display them in sequence opposite the machine or work unit ID to see the production time commitment for the work unit. Reposition the cards to make changes.

Use the job card colors to show job type or priority and the 5-color dot labels can show job status. For extra-long time scheduling use 2 or more card pocket rows.
