Identify and rank the performance of each person or team in each category, then recognize and reward the performance leaders by resequencing the magnetic position numbers or names to show who is "on top" in that category. Assign point values for a positive result in each category, with the category winner being the one with the most points, then add the points across all categories to determine the overall winners.
It recognizes and rewards all good performances so that even the new or novice person or team has a chance to excel and be a winner in one or more categories, yet still lets the experienced old-hands earn and keep their share of the sales contest rewards.
