This LeaderBoard™ System makes it easy:

Create multiple performance contests running at the same time, covering any and all production categories that fit your organization (units produced, models, attendance, on-time delivery, finance, warranties, specific models, listings, demonstrations, etc.). Each person or team will find an area in which they can excel and feel proud, even on "bad days".

Identify and rank the performance of each person or team in each category, then recognize and reward the performance leaders by resequencing the magnetic position numbers or names to show who is "on top" in that category. Assign point values for a positive result in each category, with the category winner being the one with the most points, then add the points across all categories to determine the overall winners.

It recognizes and rewards all good performances so that even the new or novice person or team has a chance to excel and be a winner in one or more categories, yet still lets the experienced old-hands earn and keep their share of the sales contest rewards. It's a bottom-line win-win situation for every one who contributes to your production and especially for your organization! Kit includes: satin-aluminum framed heat-fused printed 24"w. 2-contest white porcelain-like steel panels and a 1" w. summary notes panel, sliding satin-aluminum wall tracks (with a special design that allows for finger-room when handling the panels), magnetic cardholder nameplates and contest headings, card inserts, PC link template for keying the cards and magnetic position numbers for each contest, magnetic star and happy-sad magnets for management feedback, dry-erase pens and markers in 4 colors, pump-spray board cleaner and conditioner, magnetic eraser / pen holder, large lint-free board wipes and magnet storage box.
