This 24-month planner lets you step back and look at the forest while you are working your way through the trees.

When your plan passes through one 12-month period, just switch the magnetic headings at year-end.

Each month space is extra large with plenty of room to post multiple events each month. The optional magnetic cardholders in 5 colors and 2 sizes, 5/8" x 3" and 1-3/8" x 3", let you post from 2 to 5 lines for each event entry. With the 10 card insert colors it gives you up to 50 color-combination codes for coding similar events for fast sorting and recognition. Ex.: Red cardholder = marketing event and yellow card = e-mail campaign, etc. Kit includes our Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear film overlay inserts, so you can change the card color without having to re-key the data. To make instant changes, just move the magnets. Kits also include magnet signals in 10 colors for fine-tuning the status of each entry. Use your imagination! Write directly on the board, too in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens.

Effective planners always keep a visual goal-perspective in their mind's eye. This board puts it on the wall so other team members can share it.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.

System Format: a framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like white steel board heat-fused printed with two identical 12-month segments side-by-side with printed month names, complete with a comprehensive kit of optional magnets, write-on tools, chart materials and board maintenance supplies carefully selected for this system; everything you need to set it up and operate it.
