Who is working or what jobs are assigned to each work location on each shift?

It may be on your computer or work sheets, but until it's on your wall*, in color and instantly changeable, where everyone can see it and believe it 24-7, you can never be sure everyone knows what's happening here and now in your operation.

Each magnetic board is heat-fused printed on porcelain-like steel for this application with numbered posting spaces in each column and shift area for fast counts and or priority sequencing.

Kits include press-on die-cut numbers and letters with PreciseLine® alignment tape for location IDs, shift ID and your board title. The 5/8" x 3" magnetic cardholders are in 5 colors (10 available) to code worker authority, training, assignment or job types. The card inserts are in 10 colors to show further assignment refinements and comes with a Letter-Easy® PC keying template for the cards to neatly and quickly post and update. The cards can display one bold line of copy or 2 or 3 lines of smaller type. For really fast action, you can also write directly on the board in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens. It also comes with magnetic circle signals in 10 colors to display status codes.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.

For wall space requirements add two (2) inches to board size height and width.
