5 magnetic cardholder colors and 10 card insert colors give you up to 50 color-combination codes to group, prioritize and highlight each item. The magnet system includes our Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable overlay films for fast professional preparation of the card inserts. Use the 10 magnet signal colors to flag status and highlight trouble spots or time opportunities for attention. Write directly on the board too, in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens. Everything is movable and changeable for immediate hands-on control. Unbeatable as a team communicator, it keeps everyone informed with very little work.

Write-on Tools include: magnetic month and date sets, holiday sets, dry-erase pens in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray board cleaner / conditioner, and large lint-free board wipes.
Magnet system includes: write-on tools, magnetic cardholders in 3 sizes and 5 colors to fit the calendar spaces, card inserts in 3 sizes perforated in letter-size sheets in 10 colors, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear overlay insert films, status signal magnets in 10 colors, bold line tape, and a magnet storage box.

Quantity Price: applies to one order for identical items, to one location at one time in one shipment, bulk packed. We assemble each product to order. The economies we achieve by grouping several identical units in one set up, assembly, packaging, handling and order processing are passed along to you in these lower quantity prices.
IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.

System Format: a framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like steel whiteboard heat-fused printed with a 90 day schedule, 31-day line notes, 52 week planner, 12 month outline and open space, complete with a comprehensive kit of optional magnets, write-on tools, chart materials and board maintenance supplies carefully selected for this system; everything you need to set it up and operate it.
