Why Would You Need 5S Display Boards?
The 5S methodology can be summarized as follows, and generally follows this order:

Sort: Get rid of anything unnecessary such as tools, parts, materials, etc. Keep the workplace tidy and only what's needed should be in the main working area.

Set In Order: This entails creating effective storage methods and utilizes proper labeling and arrangement so everything is easily accessible and convenient to use.

Shine: After clutter has been eliminated and order has been set for future reference, it's good to thoroughly clean everything in the immediate work area and to maintain that cleanliness as you go along.

Standardize: Once the above three actions have been performed, it's time to keep streamline how this will be done in the future. Integrating these processes into daily job functions will keep the process going well and properly organized. This step is where buying a 5s board could come in handy most - keeping all tasks and deadlines on a visual whiteboard will ensure that the duties don't go forgotten and neglected.

Sustain: The last step is keeping up with the habit of ensuring each task gets done when they should. After a 5s board is purchased, by following the dates created during the standardize step, workers will have details tasks to accomplish and all the dates when things will be due.
