The transparent poly-film endless rolling timeline sleeve is grid-printed and turns with end rollers that guide it over a magnetic steel face plate. Write on it with the damp-erase pens and show task-length with tapes, write-on lines or with the multicolored magnet strips with grid-matching guidelines you can scissor-cut to show exact task length. When you roll the sleeve, the magnets slide with it. Written or taped data can continue to wind behind the end rollers, but magnets hold only on the open viewing area.

There is room for posting both fine detail and broad action patterns. A simple hand-turn rolls it forward or back to view detailed daily plans, long range plans or review past activity.

The beautiful blue-gray grid has shaded weekends, movable time scale, dateline cursor, sliding line-item panel and 1/4", 1/2" or 1" high row scale selection. Satin-aluminum construction, handsome, functional and personal.

Kits Include: damp-erase pens, removable adhesive 12 mo. daily date strip (registers with the printed transparent sleeve grid), removable adhesive month headings, sliding date-line cursor, removable line tapes in 3 widths and 4 colors, 12" write-on magnet strips (5 colors) with grid lines printed on the magnets to match the RotoGraph® grid (Scissor-cut them to show task length), magnetic cardholders to fit the grid, for line item and task ID, Card inserts in PC-printable sheets (10 colors), Letter-Easy™ PC card printing system with film insert overlays, magnet 3/8" circle symbols (10 colors) & magnet storage box.

The economies we achieve by grouping several identical units in one set up, assembly, packaging, handling and order processing are passed along to you in these lower quantity prices.
System Format: RotoGraph® Planners have a rolling, write-on, grid-printed transparent crystal-clear polymer endless sleeve gliding over a magnetic steel face plate, guided by a hand-operated roller mechanism, contained in a satin-aluminum display case. Some models use 2 guide rollers and others 4 guide rollers that allow for a long time span condensed to a narrower display case. The transparent sleeve is machine-printed with continuous lines with no printing section breaks. Each RotoGraph® is a complete ready to use system with carefully selected magnets and charting supplies to fit the board scale, everything you need to operate it.
