* Price: Quantity prices are for boards all the same h x w size, custom-printed alike.
Options:

1. Order boards printed in same size all alike (without room or bed ID numbers). Board only: no supplies included.
2. Order each board in No.1 also printed with it's individual room number and or bed ID, if you locate the number in the same positon on each board,
3. Order the board unprinted, plain white

B) ** Print area is 1-1/4" less in both dimensions than size listed. Ex.: Print area for an 18" x 24" board is 16-3/4" x 22-3/4"

C.) Special accessory kit: On your request, we can suggest and assemble special magnets and supplies sized for the specific board design you have created.

D.) In-Between Sizes are available at the price of the next larger size in the price list.

E.) A 50% deposit is required (for non GSA customers) with your placement of the order. The balance is due with your approval of the OK'd proof and order to proceed with production. Custom printed boards are not returnable.

F.) Note: Prices above include up to 1 hour of design and consultation time for board orders placed within 90 days. $100 per hour will be charged for these services for orders not placed within 90 days or for services rendered beyond 1 hour.

G.) Refunds for cancelled orders will be made less the cost of any services rendered up to the time of cancellation.

Copyrights PLEASE NOTE: When you convey graphics to Magnatag^® Visible Systems for reproduction as a MagnaMap^®, whiteboard or other graphic presentation, you warrant to Magnatag^® that you have the full rights, authority and permission to reproduce those graphics. We cannot allow the use of our services to reproduce unauthorized graphics and we reserve the right to refuse to print, without reason.

H. J.) Copyrights: Magnatag^® retains the copyrights to all whiteboard or MagnaMap^® board designs created or contributed to in whole or part by our Magnatag^® designers, cartographers and employees. No reproduction of any kind is authorized. Infringers and violators will be prosecuted.
