Post the job assignment and the due date on the magnetic cardholders under each assignee's name. The 5 cardholder colors and 10 card insert colors can color-code type of tasks, priority or due dates (up to 50 possible color combination codes). When jobs become past due, place them under the PAST DUE magnet in the same column. Use the 10 magnet status signal colors to flag the status of each task.

With one glance you can instantly spot trouble areas, overloads and procrastination in time to take action!
