Post job information on the optional big magnetic 1" x 8" cardholders. Organize and prioritize them in the left hand column, then move them under the name of the task assignee. The assignee 7-row blocks can also be used for locations, work stations, days, shifts or weeks, etc.

The 10 card insert colors can code the job type or category and the 5 cardholder colors can prioritize or become subgroups to fit your needs. Use the 10 magnet status signal colors to show follow-up action, anticipated task completion time, items needing reassignment, or your own code.
