365-Day YearPlan™ is Ideal for posting events that need a little more left-to-right room for identification and description. With 31 date rows down x 12 month columns across, you can show a multi-day activity by tracking a line on the board vertically through the days planned, with plenty of room left over for posting additional daily events.

Ideal for scheduling clients, court or litigation activity, training, meetings, conferences, promotions, programs, etc.

With the 5 magnetic cardholder colors and 10 card insert colors you can create up to 50 color-code combinations for instant visual sorting, counting and comparison. The color codes can group similar items (blue cardholder = meeting, with yellow card = engineering dept., etc. or your code). Prepare the cards on your PC and desktop printer using our Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering template and printable clear film overlays that let you change the card color without re-keying the data. Also, magnetic status signals in 10 colors are included to flag trouble spots, bottlenecks, conflicts and support data (ex.: green signal = equipment to be set up for meeting).

The larger size YearPlans™ have plenty of room for writing directly on the board in each day cell in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens. Also includes Holiday magnets, Sat and Sun weekend magnets, and each day cell has a tiny printed date for fast visual reference.

Write-on Tools include: dry-erase pens in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray board cleaner / conditioner, and large lint-free board wipes.

IMPORTANT: Please measure the wall space where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
