We use this project-tracking time-management magnetic steel whiteboard in our own R & D department. Each project has 16 task or item rows that are plotted against the 52-week timeline columns with magnetic color-coded signals showing the current status, assignees and details. There's also plenty of writing room with each project for notes and visual communication with your team and associates. It's a superb visual communicator with everyone concerned, showing the status of each task relative to its companion tasks and its position in the project timeline during the year.
