Assign the open columns across the top of the board to any person, activity, facility or calendar segment that you schedule or track by 15, 30 or 60 time slots through the day.

There is room in each time cell to hold a magnetic 1" x 4" cardholder (with 2 or 3 lines of copy) and 1 or 2 magnet status signals, or write directly on the board in 4 colors with the dry-erase pens to post appointment data. Kit includes our Letter-Easy^™ CD/ROM card-keying template.

Use the 5 magnetic cardholder colors and 10 card insert colors to create up to 50 color combination codes for instant recognition of the activity (ex.: red cardholder = resident patient, blue card = whirlpool therapy). Use the 10 magnet signal colors to flag last-minute status changes or extra details (yellow = equipment set-up, etc.).

Although the open columns can be dedicated to scheduling several people or facilities, they can also be used to show multiple days for one or two facilities: the #TM3723M board shown above can be a 7-day schedule.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site.
