Post line item tasks to be performed on the optional magnetic cardholders (10 card colors for quick ID), or write them directly on the board. If it's a routine repetitive task list, post the checking time or frequency and the item group name at the top of the list. Check off, date and initial each item when done. Place the board near the task location so that you and the task assignee can easily view it. The 10 magnet signal colors can flash special situations or designate task assignee. Ideal for maintenance check lists. The system also includes Letter-Easy™ PC card insert lettering templates and printable transparent film inserts so your line item list is handsomely lettered, protected from dirt and can be quickly changed.

Of course you can use your memory, your employee's memory, note pad or whatever, to make sure things get checked thoroughly and on time, but none of them will persistently communicate this task list as effectively as a Check-It™ Task-Monitor™ board system, nor give you the feedback to assure you that the work is done and all is well.

Magnet Kit includes: write-on tools, 1" x 8" magnetic black cardholders, card inserts in 10 colors perforated in letter-size sheets, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear film insert overlays, magnetic status signals in 10 colors and magnet storage box.
