Magnetic Dry-Erase HourBoards™ let you flexibly organize your time plans, schedules and commitments to fit your special needs and visibly communicate them with color-coded magnets to everyone involved.

Ideal for appointments, reservations, security, delivery, pick-up, service routes, duty and job-time assignments, medical schedules, shift assignments, etc. etc. You can probably think of many other uses.

The dedicated time rows are open across the full width of the boards, (139", 91", 67" or 31" wide).
Use the PrecisionLine® chart tape to tape columns over the printed time row lines wherever you want them; for example: columns can be days, weeks, months, departments, machines, locations, etc.

Magnetic kits include magnetic day & month sets, press-on die-cut letters and numbers to create handsome titles for the columns and master board name, plus magnetic 1-3/8x4" or 1x4" magnetic cardholders in 5 colors and cards in 10 colors along with a PC template for keying the cards for printout on your desktop printer. Use the 50 cardholder-card combination color codes to instantly find any scheduled item without having to read the card data. In addition, they come with magnet status signals in 10 colors for flagging last minute situations needing attention.

HourBoards® are heat-fused printed into our exclusive MagnaLux® porcelain-like white steel board working surface to give you daily stain-free use for a lifetime. They are NOT a fragile plastic laminate. (We have been a family business under original founding management for over 40 years, which backs up this claim.)

You can order HourBoard™ kits in 60 minute 24-hour, 30 minute 7AM-7PM and 15 minute 8AM-5PM models. Choose from either civilian time or military time scales. All HourBoards™ have the times scales printed at both ends of the board and the 6, 8 and 12' wide models have a matching tiny faint gray time scale printed down the middle of the board to help prevent errors in line postings.
