As staff shifts change you can quickly reposition the magnetic cardholders to show who is on duty, off-duty, away, on vacation, manager, supervisor, doctor, nurse, triage, or any combination of names, positions, or staff structure that you need.

Kits come with optional big 1-3/8" x 8" magnetic cardholder nameplates, plus a Letter-Easy™ PC lettering system including PC templates and printable clear overlay film inserts that you can letter in positive or reverse format. The card insert colors show through the transparent printed film to give you instant color-code identification and the film protects the names from handling so they stay clear, crisp and professional-looking all the time.

The magnetic system also include a printed set of 16 white-on-black heading inserts to fit the magnetic cardholders reading: ON DUTY, OFF DUTY, POSITION, NAME, A SHIFT, B SHIFT, C SHIFT, AWAY, VACATION, SUPERVISOR, ASST. SUPERVISOR, MANAGER, ASST. MANAGER, DOCTOR, NURSE, TRIAGE. Write directly on the board, too with the write-on tools included.

In addition, each magnet kit has 5/8" magnet symbols in 10 colors to show current status changes (blue = on rounds, green = on break, or your code). The color codes also let you display it in a public area so the individual personnel status is only available those with the knowledge of the color code and casual visitors are not able to read it. It's as flexible as your imagination!

Magnet kit includes: write-on tools, magnetic 1-3/8" x 8" black cardholders, perforated card inserts in letter size sheets in 10 colors, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear overlay film inserts, set of 16 printed headings for this system to fit the cardholders, adhesive vinyl letter and number sets for headings, bold line chart tape, 5/8" magnet status symbols in 10 colors and a magnet storage box.

Quantity Price: applies to one order for identical items, to one location at one time in one shipment, bulk packed. We assemble each product to order. The economies we achieve by grouping several identical units in one set up, assembly, packaging, handling and order processing are passed along to you in these lower quantity prices.
IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
