These can show equipment, job type (green = mow lawn, blue = clean pool, yellow = apply herbicide, etc.) or use them to show job priorities, equipment needed or your own special code. One glance lets you see the detailed status of each crew and job. To make changes, just move the magnets.

It's also a great communicator with employees speaking other languages, once they know the meaning of the color codes you practically eliminate miscommunication.
