Track your operating numbers weekly for a year. Each row is subdivided into open and shaded rows. Use it several different ways: For example: an auto dealer can post each salesperson's weekly goal and sales, or post 2 rows of sales for each person (new-used, units-warranties, etc.), or track sales of each vehicle model, or track sales for departments, locations, etc.
The board has 2 row-total columns and a notes column. Use them for year-to-date totals and perhaps last year's numbers for comparison. It also has a bottom row for weekly dealership totals.
