Here is a fast and easy way to keep control of your Out-of-Stock materials. Write directly on the board, posting date, item and due date, or use the optional magnetic cardholders system which eliminates most of the writing and lets you make instant changes and updates by just moving magnets.

If you set this up at each work center so the team members can post it when an item gets low, you will eliminate most of those surprises that usually start out with the words "Oh, by the way, we are out of ....!" By having team members put the magnetic cardholder of the item that is low on the board under the LOW magnet heading, you can cut off most of these production-killer situations with early expediting action.

It's a very effective, persistent communication tool that works both ways between you and your team members. The bottom 8" of the board is open for writing notes.

Write-on tools include: dry-erase pens & markers in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. spray board cleaner / conditioner, large lint-free board wipes and printed magnetic HOT and LOW magnet heading sets.
Magnet system includes: write-on tools, magnetic 1" x 8" cardholders in 5 colors and card inserts perforated in letter-size sheets in 10 colors for material items, 1" x 2" white cards for dates, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates, magnetic status signals in 10 colors and a magnetic storage box.

Quantity Price: applies to one order for identical items, to one location at one time in one shipment, bulk packed. We assemble each product to order. The economies we achieve by grouping several identical units in one set up, assembly, packaging, handling and order processing are passed along to you in these lower quantity prices.
IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.

For wall space requirements add two (2) inches to board size height and width.
