Post vehicles down the left side with service due date and mileage, last service and mileage, and then create your own column headings for the various services you perform (inspect, brakes, tune-up, etc.).

There are 8 columns plus a notes section. Use the 10 magnet signal colors to alert you to the next vehicles needing service, etc. (creating your own color code) and then use the unique FlipOver^® 2-sided write-on magnets (a different color on each side) to schedule the work to be done each day. The yellow, red, blue or orange side can code the mechanic (or your code) and when the job is completed, turn the magnet over to flash the green side.
