This is the project time management tracking board we use in our own R & D department. Each project has 16 task or item rows that are plotted against the 52-week timeline columns with magnetic color-coded signals showing the current status, assignees and details. There's also plenty of writing room with each project for notes and ongoing visual communication with your team and associates. It's a superb visual communicator with everyone concerned, showing the status of each task relative to its companion tasks and its position in the project timeline during the year. IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit.
