Display patient name magnetic color-coded cardholders next to their room and bed ID, then, specify the exact printed patient-care and staff assignment column headings you want printed in the blank columns. Select boards with 3, 5, 8, 10 or 12 columns in the price charts below. Order it at no extra cost custom-printed with your room-bed numbers, board title and magnet-color legend-items. Click on a board number in the price chart below, then the "Modify board" tab and follow the step by step instructions. As an option, you can order the third column with a built-in T-Card slot-file that displays a 5"h x 3-5/8" w die-cut T-card (in 10 colors). The card's top 1/2" is visible with the T-card's body hidden in the file slot. Just lift the card to read it and remove it to post it.

To reduce staff posting errors, each numbered patient row is printed with optional alternating soft-gray ShadeLine^® bars. Kits come with all the magnets and supplies you need to operate it. Click on a board number in the price chart below for the itemized list of the kit's contents.

Kits include: 1x6" magnetic cardholders with cards in 10 colors for patient and staff names and to fit grid cells, CD/ROM card-keying template, 2-Sided 5/8" dia. FlipOver^® 2-sided symbol magnets, red-green and yellow-blue, 3/8" dia. magnet status signals in 10 colors for additional patient care status color-codes, dry-erase pens in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. pump-spray board cleaner, lint-free board wipes, magnet storage box, and strong WakTack^® magnets to hold papers on the board.
Kits with built-in Visible T-Card File Slots also include: Die-Cut T-Cards in 10 colors for detailed patient note records, FlashSpot^® colored signal labels for the T-Cards and a magnetic bulk T-card holder. IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container. For wall space requirements add two (2) inches to board size height and width.
