One glance at this handsome whiteboard will show who is in or out and where they are or are supposed to be. Post location and travel plans for each person for 5 or 7 days in advance. Write directly on the dry-erase steel whiteboard, or use optional magnetic cardholders (video) which come with our Letter-Easy^™ CD / ROM card keying template for a really professional-looking board display. The 5 cardholder colors and 10 card colors let you create up to 50 color combination codes for quick identification (Ex.: green card = sales trip, yellow = service trip, and red cardholder = out of state trip, etc.) or develop your own color-code. Also flag up-to-the-minute status changes with 10 magnet signal colors. Board includes IN-OUT indicator magnets.

There are many other uses for this system, too: daily maintenance, job loading, vehicle reservation and check-out, etc.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site.
