Daily-Build^™ Kanban CardView^® Board System

CardView^® visible files have 2" deep pockets in rows spaced 1" apart so that inserted cards have bottom 2" of the card concealed and the top 1" of the (3"h) card visible. Kits include 3"x 4" cards perforated 6-up in letter-size sheets in 17 colors and a Letter-Easy^™ PC card lettering system, or use your own job cards. The wide card pocket is open across the board width so cards can be slid sideways and overlapped.

Use Build-Boards^™ at assembly work cells. As build-cards arrive with parts from kit release area or prior assembly stage, display them on the board with like products (color-coded, if desired). The bottom 2 inches of the card is concealed and the top 1 inch visible when displayed.

System comes with 3"h x 4"w cards 6-up in 17 colors and FlashSpot^™ 1/2" status dot labels in 5 colors. Begin assembly as tickets build to appropriate levels. Place completed job card in the portable panel and return to stores for recording.
