Display and schedule preventive maintenance actions with magnet symbols in 20 color-shape codes for each machine, vehicle, equipment or facility line item with a full 52-week year, a this-week 7-day task section and a 365-day maintenance history T-Card in view for each item.

Numbered T-card file-slots are built-in to each line-item row for holding and displaying the history T-card. A starter set of printed history T-cards is included plus a CD/ROM template with 4 suggested other maintenance card designs you can produce on your desktop printer, or use it to create and print your own special T-card design. A supply of perforated blank 4-up T-Cards in 10 colors included. As an option, we also offer here a portable enclosed T-Card file panel that clings to the board with magnets (instead of the built-in file feature) so you can remove it to work on at your desk. As a third option, you can order the board system without the T-card feature.

Each T-card file slot will also hold a second T-card you can use to post the next PM work order or detailed notes of work done for each item. We suggest using a second color for that T-card. Your imagination is the only limit.

Just one glance gives you a heads-up view of your preventive maintenance work load for the year. One of our most popular systems, this can also be used for weekly scheduling of any line items through the year.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
