Custom-printed steel MAGNAMAP^® boards include: the above whiteboard supplies PLUS magnetic cardholders, card inserts, CD-ROM card keying template, TackPoint^™ magnets for pinpointing specified locations, FlashTack^™ LED blinking and steady MAGNET lights, magnetic signals, arrows, map stretch cord, and a magnet storage box.

c.) Special accessory kit: On your request, we can assemble and recommend a special extra kit of magnets and supplies (including special magnetic map animation supplies) sized for the specific board design you have created.

d.) Overall Size for print area: subtract 1" from both dimensions to allow for frame.

e.) In-Between Sizes are available at the price of the next larger size in the price list.

f.) ** If you order a Whiteboard and MagnaMap^® Size larger than 4x8'in full color. it will be built in framed matching registered sections with just a thin seam between them.

g.) ** 4x10' and 4x12' may be ordered as a single panel framed whiteboard if printed in black ink only.

h.) Larger Sizes: We can make these boards in registered sections (with just a thin seam between sections) to fit almost any size requirement.

j.) Custom-printed MagnaMap^® Price Conditions The above custom-printed MagnaMap^® prices are conditioned on receiving your print-ready digital map file. Additional charges for third-party digital map source location, map file procurement services and digital file preparation charges, if necessary, will be estimated on request, prior to time of order placement.

k.) A 50% deposit is required (for non GSA customers) with your placement of the order. The balance is due with the return of the OK'd proof and your order to proceed with production. Custom printed boards are not returnable.

l.) Note: Prices above include up to 1 hour of design and consultation time for board orders placed with us. Additional time, and time for design and consultation services rendered for orders not placed within 90 days will be billed @ $125 per hour.

m.) * Whiteboard Solid Printed Ink Color Areas: (Does not apply to MagnaMaps^®) If your board design calls for solid printed ink color areas (except white) that exceed one square foot of the board design, an extra processing charge is required per board: 2x4' & 4x2' +$69, 3x3' +$79, 3x4' & 4x3' +$99, 4x4' +$139, 4x6' +$199, 4x8' +$279, 4x10 +$359. 4x12' +$429. In-between sizes use next larger size. No extra charge for boards under 2x4' size.

n.) Refunds for cancelled orders will be made less the cost of any services rendered up to the time of cancellation.

o.) Watermark: The Magnatag^® watermarks you see when you zoom in on the board images on these web pages will NOT be printed on the actual board itself when you order it.

Copyrights PLEASE NOTE: When you convey graphics to Magnatag^® Visible Systems for reproduction as a MagnaMap^®, whiteboard or other graphic presentation, you warrant to Magnatag^® that you have the full rights, authority and permission to reproduce those graphics. We cannot allow the use of our services to reproduce unauthorized graphics and we reserve the right to refuse to print without reason.

q.) Copyrights: Magnatag^® retains the copyrights to all whiteboard or MagnaMap^® board designs created or contributed to in whole or part by our Magnatag^® designers, cartographers and employees. No reproduction of any kind is authorized. Infringers and violators will be prosecuted.
