Encourage Cross Training by displaying each trainee's proficiency level for each job, work station, machine, etc. Post their names on magnetic cardholders (video) in the left column, and the training topics across the top, using the Letter-Easy^™ CD/ROM card insert keying template. Use the card colors to code trainee classifications and topic groups. Write directly on the dry-erase whiteboard, too in 4 colors.

Magnet signal colors show the skill level at each operation. One color can designate the qualified trainee-instructor at each skill level.
