Here is a system that visually communicates the full picture of your organizational chart structure with all positions displayed with their status: OCCUPIED, VACANT, BUDGETED, PLANNED, PROPOSED, or any other status designation you want to show. The 5 magnetic cardholders and 10 card insert colors let you create combination group color codes to show position levels, rank, salary, authority or your own code. 10 additional magnet signal colors let you show the current status of each position.

Everything is magnetic and movable so you can update, revise, reposition and fine-tune it day after day for a lifetime as your organization evolves. It's a great communicator and with a little imagination you can project any staff story at whatever detail level that fits your needs.

Kits include our Letter-Easy™ CD/ROM card-keying template with printable overlay insert films. It lets you prepare the position and personnel cards in beautiful type, positive or reverse, on transparent film which inserts over the colored undercard. Print it in any size type you want, with different types and styles of type on the same insert. The color of the card shows through the printed film so you can change the card color without having to re-key the data.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site.
