When production depends on the performance of outside vendors for critical materials, this board puts the controls in your hand. Use the 1" x 8" magnetic cardholders to post on this board the most critical material purchase orders, or the ones that cause you the most worry (unreliable, or new vendors). The 5 cardholder colors can show the priority, department requisitioning, etc. (or your code) and the 10 card colors can show the material class, vendor, etc. This makes it quick and easy to scan the board and tell exactly where everything is, its status and its relationship to other items on the board.

Prepare the material card inserts on your PC with the Letter-Easy™ card-lettering system in the kit. Print them on the transparent overlay films, so you can change card color without re-keying the data, and visually control the action with the 10 magnetic status signal colors to show promise dates, backorder situations, etc.

It's also a great communicator with your requisitioners by showing them the status of their requisitions, instead of just telling them, when they put the pressure on you to come up with the goods! A duplicate board in each requisitioner's office also lets them keep their own status information in sight for dealing with their production teams.
