"They make everything look nice and orderly"..."First, our CFO has been using these jackets to post all of his graphs and charts on the walls. He has these huge magnetic boards in his office that he uses to show all of the financial metrics. He’s recently begun to use the different color jackets to differentiate which department that the metric is for. For instance, the patient clinics may be in red, while the behavioral health department could be the jackets with the blue top.

The other main area that we’re using the jackets in is our “visual room”. The walls of this room are plastered with documents. Each week our 12 VPs lock themselves in there and review the overall status of the company. The documents are great because they make everything look nice and orderly on the wall. We used to just post them up there with magnets, but everything looked like such a mess. By the time the meeting was over, it would look even worse. When you wanted to remove a document you’d have to worry about losing the small magnets and not being able to repost it. Now they can just grab the jacket and replace it when they’re done. Since it is all in one, there isn’t anything to lose. They also love that they can hold more than one sheet. Charts and graphs don’t always tell the full story. They often need supporting materials. The jackets allow the charts and graphs to be on display, but still allow access to those supporting materials."
