    We can print up to 300 pixels per inch on our custom whiteboards up to 12ft. We have full CMYK color capacity and have access to a wide array of maps and stock images. Whether your custom whiteboard is a high detail map or a layout with colored columns and rows, we can custom print anything.

  • Our durable, heat-fused, custom whiteboard printing process

    We do not use laminated overlays or silk-screen inks that sit on top of your custom whiteboard's surface. We use heat and pressure to permanently fuse your design directly into our porcelain-like steel whiteboard writing surface. This proprietary printing process produces crisp, detailed prints that stay like new, and will not fade, crack or smudge with day-to-day use. Our printing process will keep your custom whiteboard looking professional and like new for a lifetime of daily use.

  • Super strong custom whiteboard construction

    We bond our printed 22 gauge steel and aluminum backer to a honeycomb core producing a super strong and perfectly flat stress-skin panel. We then encase your custom whiteboards with an aluminum truss frame and super strong Delrin injection molded corners. Order your custom whiteboard with one of our unique Frame colors, Silver or Black.

I have the vision, but not the design skills. Can you help me turn it into a board?
Guiding you through that process is exactly what we’re here for. Our in-house design team will work with you one-on-one to create a professional, perfectly scaled layout. Just share your ideas (sketch, photo, description, or even a napkin doodle) and we’ll handle all the design heavy lifting for you. You’ll receive a full proof to review and approve before anything goes into production. Once you give us the green light, we’ll get it made and shipped fast!
Why do I need a design expert?
You know what to communicate; we know how to make sure it is easy to read and understand. A whiteboard is only effective if the information is easy to process. As we often say, “We don’t tell you how to do your job, but we are experts at displaying information on whiteboards.”
What do you mean by “Details Matter”?
We focus on visual hierarchy. We calibrate the line weights, the size of the lettering, row heights, and spacing to ensure that the board is easy to read, easy to understand, and easy to update. If the board is hard to read, work slows down. The goal is to guide behavior and standardize information without cluttering the space so much that it becomes unusable. We use precise ratios to ensure your board is readable from the necessary distance. Whether you are in a small patient room or a massive warehouse floor, we scale the font and row heights to match.
Are there hidden costs when ordering a custom whiteboard?
The price you see, is the price you pay! Each order of a custom whiteboard includes complementary design work from our in-house team. In the rare occasion that the scope of work exceeds our standard design treatment, there may be an additional fee that will be charged at the time of purchase. We’ll never spring unexpected costs on you midway through the design.
How long will it take to get my whiteboard?
Once we have your approval on the final design, we’ll ship your board in just a few days. Our team moves quickly so you can start using your whiteboard right away!
Are custom whiteboards heavier than traditional whiteboards?
Custom printing does not add any additional weight to the whiteboard surface. For reference, our standard steel panels weigh roughly 2.5 lbs per square foot, and our custom boards are no different.
What is the largest size custom printed whiteboard you make?
We make individual boards up to 4' x 12'. Using our WhiteWall® self-edged panels, we offer printed systems up to 12' high and unlimited widths.
Where are your boards made?
All our boards are Made in the USA. We are the pioneers of the printed magnetic whiteboard industry. As the manufacturer, we control the quality, configuration, and timely delivery of everything we sell.
  • Overall Size for print area: subtract 1" from both dimensions to allow for the frame of your custom whiteboard.
  • In-Between Sizes: are available at the price of the next larger size in the price list.
  • Larger Sizes: We can make these custom whiteboards in registered sections (with just a thin seam between sections) to fit almost any size requirement.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required (for non-GSA customers) with your placement of the order. The balance is due with the return of the OK'd proof and your order to proceed with production. Custom printed whiteboards are not returnable.
  • Prices include up to 1 hour of design and consultation time for custom whiteboard orders placed with us. Additional time, and time for design and consultation services rendered for orders not placed within 90 days will be billed @ $125 per hour.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be made less the cost of any services rendered up to the time of cancellation.
