Position the magnetic arrow to show the current mileage or hour usage for your vehicles and equipment and post 20 magnet signal color / shape codes to show the type of service due at the next mileage or hour post.

It puts everything in view so you can't miss the service point, can organize your service resources and keep your fleet up-to-date and fully functioning.

There is also room to post the service against month columns for the current or next year and space to post the daily service tasks for each vehicle. The optional visible file holds a card where you can post the vehicle service history. Everything is magnetic and movable. Write directly on the board, too.

Write-on Tools include: dry-erase pens in 4 colors, magnetic eraser / pen holder, 8 oz. spray board cleaner / conditioner, and large lint-free board wipes.
Magnet system includes: write-on tools, magnetic 1/2" x 2 cardholders in 5 colors for line items and staff names, card inserts perforated in letter-size sheets in 10 colors, Letter-Easy™ card insert lettering system with PC templates and printable clear insert overlay films, magnet arrows for indicating mileage or hours, magnetic circle and square magnets in 10 colors for coding up to 20 types of maintenance jobs, a set of printed magnetic mileage and hourly headings in various increments, bold line tapes, magnetic columns headings (months, days, etc.), magnetic legend & magnet storage box.
Visible Card Index includes: Top-hinged visible card pockets with bottom 1/2" visible under a transparent file edge, with a magnetic back that clings to the board (file can be removed to work on it), and Vehicle & Equipment Maintenance Record Cards.

IMPORTANT PLEASE MEASURE THE WALL SPACE where you want to mount the board you select to make sure it will fit. Also please measure to make sure it will clear your doorways, corners, staircases and elevators while being transported to your mounting site. Note: add six (6) inches to the board height x width for overall size including the shipping container.
System Format: a framed MagnaLux® porcelain-like steel whiteboard heat-fused printed with an open top row for your own board title, a vehicle ID column and 52 wk. columns across plus 12 vehicle and equipment rows down x 66 vehicle posting rows down; the optional visible card file has a magnetic back to register with line items and holds an 8" x 5" Vehicle Maintenance history card for each line item, complete with a comprehensive kit of optional magnets, write-on tools, chart materials and board maintenance supplies carefully selected for this system; everything you need to set it up and operate it.
