See the detailed status for each member at each training step, your overall training work-to-be-done and your department readiness. An optional built-in T-Card file slot next to each name puts his training record and schedule at your fingertips. Just lift the visible 5x3" die-cut T-card in the slot to read the details. The board's a very effective preparation motivator for each position where the visual comparison with other members is powerful. Also, when presenting your department's needs to budget and funding officials or fund-raisers, the board silently tells your story with a clear dramatic effect that mere words are hard to match.
Training-Tracker® is so easy to use: Just turn the 2-sided yellow magnet over to show the green side when each training "To-Do" step is "Done" or replace it with a red magnet to show a problem.
Kits include extra vertical magnetic cardholders and cards with a card-keying template for creating and changing your training column headings and member names. and come with FlipOver® 2-sided magnet symbols and everything else needed to operate it. You can dry-erase write on the board too in 4 colors.
T-Card File Option: A file slot** built-in to each member's name row holds two 5 x 3" die-cut T-cards (10 colors) with the top 1/2" and 1" edge visible. Lift it to read your hidden training record notes and ongoing training schedule. (**Patent pending.)
