With this magnetic whiteboard board you can significantly cut property vacancy readiness task-time by scheduling and performing maintenance and repair work in units preparing to vacate, leaving the quickly performed work for the vacant period. You see the work load in up to 64 units with color-coded task magnets showing each task-type for efficient work-time organizing.
Kits come with everything needed to operate them including vertical magnetic cardholders (with a card-keying template) for column task headings, or order it online at no extra cost, with task headings custom printed on the board. Just follow the "Modify board" instructions. It reduces guess-work and is fast and easy to update by just moving magnets.
Optional 5x3" T-cards fit into file slots in each unit row and can hold its occupancy, maintenance and repair history, or any information that fits your operation. - one of our most popular features.
