Magnet color codes show the status of multiple property units at a glance with little reading. You see time and task comparisons, spot conflicts, bottlenecks and opportunities. It requires very little work- just move the magnet for fast updating.

The two-sided, FlipOver^® red-green magnet symbols show each unit's "Do-Done" rent, lease-renewal tasks or scheduled work status in the 12 month columns, while in the task columns, magnet signals in 10 colors can display your maintenance, repair and other work with assignee, contractor, job duration or any code that fits your operation. You also see your overall commitment for each type of work, making it easy to organize and consolidate them to save time and control costs.

The optional 5x3" color-coded T-cards can hold each unit's history of occupancy, maintenance, repairs and notes - one of our most popular features. You see the top 1/2 inch of the T-card with it's body hidden in the built-in file slot. Just lift the card to read it and remove it to post it.

Please note: This flexible magnetic whiteboard system is also great for managing equipment, vehicles, tools, operational systems and other property units. The only limit is your imagination.

Each whiteboard system offers one or more kit options tailored specifically for that system. Each includes the same high quality, magnetic dry-erase whiteboard. How do I hang my new board?

Your BoldLyne^® framed Magnatag^® board comes with two hanging options: Patented Safety Hooks and FrameKlamp^™ SlideChannel^™ wall hangers. You can view an installation video of the two options or download the instructions for either by clicking these links: Safety Hook Installation or FrameKlamp^™ Installation. Fastener hardware is not included. Please make sure the fasteners you use are appropriate for your wall.

What are the exact dimensions and weights of the boards?
