As an option, you can order the board with the 5x3" color-coded T-Cards that can hold each unit's occupancy-activity history and notes - one of our most popular features. You see the top 1/2 inch of the T-card with it's body hidden in the built-in file slot. Just lift the card to read it and remove it to post it.
