Use the magnetic vertical cardholders to create your specific task list column headings. The kit includes a card keying template and also a pre-printed suggested card-insert task list (shown below), or you can have them custom printed on the board at no extra cost: (select a board from the price list, click "Modify board" and follow the instructions).
Its fast and easy to update and maintain by just moving color-coded magnets to show task-type. Dry-erase write anywhere on the board too. With one glance, everyone on your team can see exactly what needs to be done to keep your occupancy rate at maximum levels.
