Quickly reposition magnetic nameplate cardholders as shifts change to show who is on duty, off, away, on vacation, manager, supervisor, or any combination of names, positions, or staff structure. Prepare the big 1-3/8" x 8" magnetic cardholder nameplates with the Letter-Easy™ CD/ROM card-keying template.
It comes with a printed set of 16 headings to fit the magnetic cardholders reading: ON DUTY, OFF DUTY, POSITION, NAME, A SHIFT, B SHIFT, C SHIFT, AWAY, VACATION, SUPERVISOR, ASST. SUPERVISOR, MANAGER, ASST. MANAGER, DOCTOR, NURSE, TRIAGE. Dry-erase write directly on the board, too. Kits also include 5/8" magnet symbols in 10 colors to show current status changes (blue = off-site, green = on break, or your codes).
