What's included with my order?
Magnatag Patient Bedside Boards come with everything needed to operate them. They arrive ready to use with pens, magnetic accessories, color-coded signal magnets, heart and arrow magnet, pens, eraser, cleaner, board wipes, a built-in tray for supplies and hanging hardware; see "What's Included" for each item's kit contents.
Are the boards magnetic and dry-erase?
Yes—the porcelain-like framed steel surface is magnetic and dry-erase with heat-fused printing.
How durable is the surface and printing?
The lines and headings on the board are permanently heat-fused printed into the MagnaLux porcelain-like steel surface. Unlike flimsy laminated calendars, they are built for a lifetime of daily use.
How fast does it ship?
This system ships in 5 business days or less. Made in the USA.
What is included with my magnetic whiteboard?
Each whiteboard system offers one or more kit options tailored specifically for that system. Each includes the same high quality, magnetic dry-erase whiteboard. What options are available for my magnetic whiteboard?

How do I hang my new board?
Your BoldLyne® framed Magnatag® board comes with two hanging options: Patented Safety Hooks and FrameKlamp™ SlideChannel™ wall hangers. You can view an installation video of the two options or download the instructions for either by clicking these links: Safety Hook Installation or FrameKlamp™ Installation. Fastener hardware is not included. Please make sure the fasteners you use are appropriate for your wall.
What are the exact dimensions and weights of the boards?

What kind of pens should I use on my board?
For best results use the Magnatag® PandaBoard® dry-erase markers provided with your board.
How do I clean my board?
